Each cat chalet at Purrchester Cat & Small Animal Hotel is thoughtfully designed to enrich your cat’s stay, offering premium cat care services. A series of climbing shelves encourages natural instincts to climb, explore, and perch, promoting agility and curiosity in our luxury cattery, alongside small animal boarding options.

 A private, fully enclosed nature garden  provides  the Cat TV to the majority of rooms; a space  for cats to view & relax, observing the natural world around them. From birds visiting feeders and butterflies passing through, to the gentle movement of leaves and changing seasons, this outdoor view offers valuable mental stimulation and satisfies a cat’s natural curiosity. All of this can be enjoyed from a sheltered, comfortable setting, ensuring they remain secure, relaxed, and protected at all times.

Each chalet in our luxury cattery is separated by a full-height solid wall, ensuring that your cat won't see another guest during their stay. Our cat care services include multiple comfy beds, such as cave beds, open beds, comfort mats, and even bowl beds, provided in every chalet. 

The layout of our luxury cattery offers a stimulating vertical environment that keeps cats active and engaged. With some shelves placed near windows for outdoor views, and others leading to cosy hideaways, it enhances cat care. Playful touches like dangling toys ensure a fun atmosphere.

Each luxury cattery chalet is fully insulated and equipped with an A-rated uPVC door and window, allowing for a comfortable temperature of 20–23°C throughout the year. This ensures a cosy, home-from-home environment for your cat, making our cat care services a perfect choice in every season.

The climate in our luxury cattery is automatically controlled through thermostatic plugs and is physically monitored throughout the day to ensure it remains at the optimal temperature for your cat. We can adjust each chalet to meet your individual cats needs, ensuring a perfect environment for all our guests, including those in small animal boarding.
